Wish this song would make up its mind - you get sections with no percussion, then some light percussion, then more pounding percussion, then back to no percussion. I like sustained momentum.

As a result, it took a little more thought on how to transition in and out. Overlap of notes out of I'll Be Missing You was kind of interesting, but not my favorite. Transition into Blondie's Rapture was more fun; I made it a point to put those introductory drums over the percussion-less vocals to make a mini-remix/mashup.

Also melts nicely into Nine Inch Nails' Closer . In fact, even though I know when the transition's coming, it still creeps up on me a bit. Still worth a spot in your prime-time pop rotation. tempo: 126 bpm bpm range: 125 to 130 bpm The DJ's Take: Song #3 in mix 50 (3:39): Pretty epic drop; a lot of those pop edm tracks from ~2010-2012 sound similar, so it makes sense to string them together. Akon's Beautiful was a nice follow-up here - kinda like going 88 mph on the highway, then braking down to 75.
