Beautiful - Alex Gaudino ft. Mario

Speed: 128 bpm The DJ's Take: Am I somewhat effeminate for liking this? Perhaps. But that's beside the point. Those pianos kind of remind me of When Love Takes Over , only in a different key. Plus, the bounce factor is apparent, and I'm not just talking about the video. Definite fist-pumping music. Speaking of Kelly Rowland, could Mario be looking at EDM as a chance to resurrect his career? R&B is pretty much dead, so it makes sense. Judging by YouTube views, this obviously isn't his breakout track, but we may be hearing more from him in the future. The talent and potential are certainly there. Stay key-compatible and mix with the following: Hey - Fais ft. Afrojack , Sweet Harmony - Dubvision , DADDY - PSY , Another You - Armin Van Buuren ft. Mr. Probz , Cool - Alesso , Get Outta My Way - Kylie Minogue , Waiting For Love - Avicii , La La La - Naughty Boy ft. Sam Smith , Pompeii - Bastille , Invincible - Borgeous , Dear Boy - Avicii , I Could Be the One (

Bad Girls - M.I.A.

Speed: 72 bpm Recommended bpm range: 70 bpm to 75 bpm The DJ's Take: Props to one of our Facebook friends for turning me on to this song. The title and hook should get co-eds feeling excited and empowered, right? Maybe, assuming the ethnic sound and lack of mainstream pop recognition don't turn them off. Worth a spot in your rotation if you're feeling a little adventurous. Try mixing or mashing up with tracks like:

Revolution - R3hab & Nervo & Ummet Ozcan

Speed: 128 bpm The DJ's Take: My first thought after hearing this: 'If will.i.am was actually trying when he made the beat for Scream & Shout , it would've sounded something like Revolution.' Not my favorite track, but you can tell some work went into it. Probably better-suited for an EDM festival than your traditional wedding or Top 40 gig, but not a bad addition to the library of a dj who likes to be ready for anything. Download the song:

Flashing Lights - Havana Brown

Speed: 120 bpm The DJ's Take: And all this time, I thought disco had died. Don't know if you should be playing Flashing Lights for mass consumption, but here's a scenario for success - try spinning at a casual function filled with 40-50 year old cougars. I don't know if this would actually work, but here's a visual to get you motivated. Some other tracks to help you keep things key-compatible: Safe and Sound - Capital Cities , Bad Romance - Lady Gaga , Don't You Want Me - The Human League , SexyBack - Justin Timberlake Download the song: Amazon:
