Week #2 of October 2010 is done, and I can sense a gradual shift in the balance of power on these charts: BMC Top 5 Singles for 10/8/10 to 10/14/10: 1. Love the Way You Lie - Eminem ft. Rihanna 2. Like a G6 - Far East Movement 3. Right Above It - Lil Wayne 4. Club Can’t Handle Me - Flo Rida and David Guetta 5. Airplanes - B.o.B ft. Hayley Williams Top 5 BPMs for 10/8/10 to 10/14/10: 1. 125 bpm 2. 120 bpm 3. 115 bpm 4. 100 bpm 5. 130 bpm On the surface, the charts don’t look that different. But this week, the impossible almost happened - Love The Way You Lie nearly fell to #2. It’s been the most popular song on this site by a wide margin on a weekly basis, and Like A G6 was very close to taking the #1 spot. So does it mean the end of Rihanna ’s reign at the top? BMF (Blowin Money Fast) - Rick Ross Top 5 BPMs for 10/1/10 to 10/7/10: 1. 120 bpm 2. 125 bpm 3. 130 bpm 4. 100 bpm 5. 115 bpm Rick Ross at #5 is a little surprising, but otherwise, nothing too shocking.
