The Nights - Avicii

Speed: 126 bpm

The DJ's Take: This is straight Irish pub EDM - makes you want to get up on a table and do a jig. Worth a download, and should make people dance in a dive bar setting (especially on St. Patty's Day). If you're staying key-compatible, try mixing with tracks like When Love Takes Over - David Guetta ft. Kelly Rowland, Fade Into Darkness (Vocal Radio Mix) - Avicii, A Sky Full Of Stars - ColdplayOn The Floor - Jennifer Lopez ft. PitbullGive It 2 U - Robin ThickeLive For The Night - KrewellaDon't Stop The Party - PitbullRight Now - Rihanna and David GuettaWe Found Love - Rihanna ft. Calvin HarrisS&M - RihannaBulletproof - La RouxLow (feat. T-Pain) - Flo Rida, and Calabria 2007 - Enur.

dj mix/mashup: do you think of me [mariah carey] x always forever [bryson tiller]

Links: Made with Logic Pro at 72 bpm Fun little instrumental blend of Bryson Tiller's Always Forever , which we used in mix 66 , and Mariah Carey's Do You Think of Me , which ended up on the cutting room floor. As you can see up top, I broke out the scalpel and did some slicing to make the beats match up better. Final verdict: Worth it. Follow the playlist on djcheatsheet.com

DJ mix/mashup: no can do because of you (ft. Hall & Oates and Ne-Yo)

Made with Logic Pro at 113 bpm A quick clip from the last mix , and one of my favorite transitions in it. Kind of alluring, mysterious; maybe we can make a more fully realized remix/mashup someday. If you're wondering what the image is in the background at the start of the video, those are quahogs and a channeled whelk I dug out of the sand in low tide on a recent beach trip. Pretty solid haul, and good eating for sure. Although I probably should've kept them separate - apparently whelks like to eat the clams .
