Walk It Out - Unk

tempo: 80 bpm

bpm range: 75 bpm to 80 bpm80 bpm to 85 bpm

the DJ’s take: 2005-08 was an uneven era for hiphop (to put it nicely). Sure, you had Gold Digger, but D4L's Laffy Taffy was the #1 song in the country at one point. Still scratching my head over that.

Anyway, this is one of the tracks from that period with a legitimate shelf life. Infectious beat, and a catchy hook - drop it in a pop or hiphop set, and you just might start a danceoff.

Some other key-compatible tracks to mix with:

Redbone - Childish Gambino
Family Feud - Jay-Z ft. Beyoncé
Black Widow - Iggy Azalea ft. Rita Ora
Reaper - Sia

Could also sound interesting with the third part of SICKO MODE - Travis Scott.
