Bailando - Enrique Iglesias ft. Descemer Bueno, Gente De Zona

Speed: 91 bpm

Recommended bpm range: 90 to 95 bpm

The DJ's Take: Nice to hear Enrique take a break from all that pop EDM and get back to actually singing. I don't know how popular this'll become outside the Latin community, but I was tapping my foot from the first listen. Should be pretty danceable for a gig or mixtape, and it's got a nice summer vibe. Key-compatible with YOUTH - Troye Sivan, Misery - Gwen Stefani, Company - Justin Bieber, Show Me - Kid Ink, Partition - Beyoncé, Animals - Maroon 5, Survival of the Fittest - Mobb Deep, You And Your Friends - Wiz Khalifa, 0 To 100 - Drake, and Killing Me Softly - Fugees; you can also slow down a couple bpm's and blend with Not A Bad Thing and I Need A Girl.

DJ mix/mashup: no can do because of you (ft. Hall & Oates and Ne-Yo)

Made with Logic Pro at 113 bpm A quick clip from the last mix , and one of my favorite transitions in it. Kind of alluring, mysterious; maybe we can make a more fully realized remix/mashup someday. If you're wondering what the image is in the background at the start of the video, those are quahogs and a channeled whelk I dug out of the sand in low tide on a recent beach trip. Pretty solid haul, and good eating for sure. Although I probably should've kept them separate - apparently whelks like to eat the clams .

dj mix/mashup: 6 man [drake] x devil in a new dress [kanye west, rick ross]

Made with Logic Pro at 82 bpm Clip from mix #69 - two big beats on top of each other, which I could've done a better job adjusting for a cleaner sound. But if you listen to the actual mix, the transition sounds smooth; my goal for this video was to create a loop that feels like the first draft of a mashup/remix. Worth building on for a future project. Key- and bpm-compatible playlist
